 The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours. The candidate right for this role needs to be capable of handling confrontation and police liaison work. The role involves identifying and mitigating threats, such as break-ins or intruders, with a "safety first" mindset, being able to deescalate tense situations.
