What will I be doing? 
As a Security Supervisor, you are responsible for the safety and security of all Guests, Team Members and contractors, and visitors while at the hotel. Security Supervisor Summary: Responsible for the overall operations of the central control room at one or more location residential locations
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB AND ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS:
 Supervises the monitoring of security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
 Coordinates with supervisors, staff, and other relevant personnel through communication systems to respond to incidents or emergencies.
 Manages access control systems to regulate movement within the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter specific areas.
 Develops and implement emergency response protocols and procedures, and guiding staff during critical situations.
 Oversees the maintenance and functionality of security technology, including control panels, communication devices, and surveillance equipment.
 Maintains detailed logs and records of activities in the central control room, documenting incidents, responses, and any irregularities
 Provides training to control staff on procedures, equipment usage, and emergency response protocols.
 Ensures facility policies and procedures related to security and control are consistently followed by central control staff.
 Collaborates with other managers, administrators, and department heads to ensure cohesive and effective overall facility operations
 Directly supervises control staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and addressing any disciplinary matters.
 Monitors the outer perimeter using cameras, sensors, and other surveillance equipment to detect any unauthorized activity or security breaches.
 Conducts regular patrols along the exterior of the facility to visually inspect fences, gates, and other barriers for signs of damage or attempted breaches.
 Manages and controls access points to the facility grounds, ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter and exit the facility.
 Inspects and maintains perimeter fencing to prevent escapes and enhance overall security.
 Responds promptly to alarms, investigating the cause, and taking appropriate action.
 Maintains employee schedules that provide adequate coverage to ensure safety for both clients and employees.
 Develops and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.
 Structures, implement, and facilitate new employee on-the-job orientation.
 Conducts effective supervisory conferences and performance evaluations with employees, documents the content of such meetings and evaluations, and provides feedback to them.
 Schedules employee training to ensure that all mandatory training requirements are met.
 Demonstrates appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management (SCM) and provides effective supervision to staff regarding the use of SCM.

 Assists the Executive Director as needed

 Supervise security functions for all Employees, its contractors, on-site security with military and / or government entities. Ensures compliance of applicable gate pass &amp; security policies and procedures while implementing security measures.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities

 Supervising security personnel and ensuring that they are securing the premises and personnel, inspecting areas and access points.
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily security Patrolling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rotation on Night duty shift
 </li>
 <li>
 Permitting entry based on the gate pass approval and documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with the Security Document Controller regarding the approvals and documents required
 </li>
 <li>
 Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Makes and completes incident reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
 </li>
 <li>
 Writing clear reports and logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing reports of alarms, incidents, and complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel and the premises
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all company service and operating standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Remain in compliance with local regulations / authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to incidents related to security to provide necessary assistance to official authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow procedures for various initiatives including property patrol and incident investigations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the safety, security, protection of property and assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and implementing preventative measures against incidents and other risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school/ Secondary or a combination of appropriate Education and Experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Military background is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 SIRA certified (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) and DPS certified (Department of Protective System) is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2-3 years at the same position within similar structure or in 5-6 stars hotels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety &amp; Security Awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 1st aider certified
 </li>
 <li>
 Fire training certified
 </li>
 <li>
 Bomb threat certified
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication in Arabic and English (writing , reading and speaking)

 Provides input and assists with the preparation of performance reviews of officers.

 A Few Must Haves

 One (1) to Three (3) years&rsquo; experience in Security or Law Enforcement as a lead or supervisor.

 A two (2) - year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
 </li>
