The HDIS Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for creating a high performing selling culture. The SM achieves this through store connectivity, development/coaching of team, Sales Consultant staffing, and delivering world class customer service. <div><b>Job Summary</b><p>
We're looking for an experienced <b>Sales Manager</b> to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and manage the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in <b>ERP, SaaS, or technology sales</b>, with the ability to manage complex B2B deals, build accurate forecasts, and align sales commitments with delivery outcomes.</p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>
Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals
</li><li>Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
</li><li>Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
</li><li>Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
</li><li>Lead client negotiations, pricing, and commercial proposals
</li><li>Ensure strong CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting
</li><li>Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure scope and commercial alignment
</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the ERP/Odoo ecosystem
</li><li>Coach and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reviews</li></ul><br>
<b>
Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
</li><li><b>6&ndash;10 years</b> of experience in <b>ERP, SaaS, or technology sales</b>
</li><li><b>3&ndash;5 years</b> in a managerial or team leadership role
</li><li>Strong experience in <b>enterprise B2B sales</b> and complex sales cycles
</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>ERP solutions</b> and solution selling
</li><li>Experience with <b>CRM systems</b> and sales forecasting tools
</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
</li><li><b>Excellent English</b> (written and spoken)
</li><li><b>Odoo experience is a strong advantage</b>
</li></ul><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><ul><li>
MBA or Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus
</li><li>ERP Sales / Solution Consulting certifications are a plus
</li><li>Odoo ecosystem knowledge or certification is highly preferred</li></ul><br>
