As an Azure AI Senior Consultant, you will be at the forefront with our clients, supporting their AI security needs and helping them secure Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will:

Lead security implementation of Azure AI Services (OpenAI Service, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Studio), ensuring protection from development to deployment.</li><li>
Design and implement security playbooks for AI models, addressing encryption, access control, data integrity, model scanning, and AI model governance.</li><li>

Qualifications 
 
Required: 
<ul><li>
4+ years of experience in leading technical consulting or architecting security solutions for Azure platforms</li><li>
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Azure AI Services, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI.</li><li>
2+ years of experience implementing and managing security controls in MLOps pipelines, securing AI models from development through deployment.</li><li>
Implementation of at least two cryptographic methods for AI or cloud environments within the last two years.</li><li>
2+ years of experience with AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM) tools such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud or equivalent third-party tools.</li><li>
1+ years of experience in programming with Python or Java focusing on secure, scalable AI solutions.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and securing MLOps pipelines, encompassing model registry security, secure model deployment, and runtime security monitoring for AI models.</li><li>

Architects and leads the implementation of enhanced Operations Security (OPSEC) programs at the site level, identifying, assessing, and mitigating high-level programmatic vulnerabilities and critical information disclosure risks.</li><li>
Manages security access systems and protocols for all personnel and visitors at the site, ensuring secure and compliant entry/exit, and coordinates with external security forces as required.</li><li>
Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact security assignments, guiding junior and journeyman specialists, and influencing strategic site security posture for the entire C2ISR mission environment.</li></ul></div></div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
QUALIFICATIONS</h5><div><div>
Required qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Previous experience as a Deployment &amp; Site-Level Security Operations Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience with a BS/BA or 3 years&rsquo; experience with an MS/MA or 0 years&rsquo; experience with a PhD. or 9 years' experience w/o a degree or 7 years' experience with AS/AA</li><li>
A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level</li><li>
US citizenship is required</li></ul><div>
Desired Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.</li></ul><div>
Work Environment:</div><ul><li>
Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC</li><li>
On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking</li><li>
Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments</li></ul><div>

DETAILS</h5><div>
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual&rsquo;s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
