Background
The Revenue Mobilisation, Investment and Trade (REMIT) Programme, funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth &amp; Development Office (FCDO) and implemented by Adam Smith International (ASI), provides technical assistance to the Government of Pakistan to improve the business environment, attract investment, and support sustainable economic growth.
Pakistan's Special Economic Zones (SEZs) framework is governed through a complex legal and regulatory architecture spanning federal and provincial legislation, rules, notifications, contractual arrangements, and administrative instruments. As part of Pakistan's commitments under the IMF programme, the Government is undertaking a comprehensive SEZ Phase-Out Implementation Plan to transition away from profit-based incentives toward a rules-based, fiscally sustainable framework anchored in cost- and performance-based facilitation.
The implementation of this transition requires a detailed review of the legal and contractual framework governing SEZs to assess the implications of proposed reforms, identify legal risks and constraints, and ensure compliance with domestic laws, investor protections, and existing contractual commitments. This includes analysing the legal basis of existing incentives, grandfathering provisions, contractual obligations, and the legislative changes required to support the transition process.
As part of this effort, REMIT seeks to engage a Senior Associate &ndash; Legal Analysis to support the legal and regulatory assessment of Pakistan's SEZ regime and contribute to the development of practical and implementable legal reform recommendations.
Job Summary
The objective of the assignment is to provide legal and regulatory analysis to support the Government of Pakistan in assessing the legal implications of the SEZ Phase Out and Transition Plan, with a particular focus on Phase A (Planning and Assessment) of the IMF-mandated reform programme.

The Senior Associate &ndash; Legal Analysis will be responsible for supporting the legal assessment component of the SEZ Phase-Out and Transition Plan.

We are looking for a Sr Associate &ndash; Digital Product Management . This role sits within the Amex Offers Digital Media Product team in Membership Portfolio Services.
The Sr. Associate will be responsible for delivering new features and ongoing enhancements to DiMO, an internal platform used by Sales and Marketing Operations Colleagues to onboard Amex Offers. This includes translating business needs into product requirements, supporting delivery across Agile teams, and ensuring a strong feedback loop through execution of the team&rsquo;s quarterly CSAT program. This role will also play a key part in identifying and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline user workflows, and enhance the overall offer onboarding experience.
 
 
The successful candidate will have experience managing digital initiatives and will collaborate with a team of product owners, engineers, designers, and business partners to drive our key goals.
The Amex Offers Digital Media Product team provides the technical capabilities to enable sourcing, setup, targeting, fulfilment, and measurement of Amex Offers campaigns. Our platforms are part of the Digital Offers Ecosystem; a collection of teams and capabilities that are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Amex Offers.</div>
 <div><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital product development
</li><li>Experience working in Agile teams, including backlog management and user story development
</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
</li><li>Can-do attitude with a passion for digital products and technology
</li><li>Curious about the why and how
</li><li>Sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing best-in-class products
</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
</li><li>Analytically savvy &ndash; leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive outcome-driven product decisions
</li><li>Curious about leveraging AI to drive greater output and efficiency
</li><li>Experience with MarTech platforms and/or Adobe tools is a plus
