 Systems Understanding: Build complete understanding of different billing systems used in OSTTRA like SAP and Salesforce, engage with respective technical teams on resolving issues and owning the setup of new billing products
 Order Management: Strong experience of a billing model which is subscription/volume/professional services based. Understanding of front to back flow of underlying data, good visibility of the pricing engine, understanding the quantum of billing to be done throughout the year, good control of customer static data (entity, address etc.), ability to conduct thorough contract reviews and influence stakeholders in case of anomalies
 Month - End Close: Strategizing and planning of various monthly activities, timely and accurate billing of renewals, query and escalations management followed by revenue recognition in the books. Taking complete ownership of the business and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the month end activities
 Documentation & Reporting : Maintaining accurate records of emails, sales and customer interactions, approvals from legal, leadership and various internal teams. Responsible for monthly management reporting by producing an interactive dashboard to key stakeholders highlighting the progress on billing and support to leadership as required
 Audit Support: Leading the engagement with auditors for the billing process & ensuring timely closure of audit items
 Process Improvement: Candidates should have gained experience in process and systems transition. Basic Required Experience: 
To be successful in this role, the Senior Associate - Order To Cash (OTC) Billing must possess a mix of Technical & Professional competencies. They must be adept at:
 Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in an OTC process with a global organisation. Financial Services experience will be preferred.
 Stakeholder Management: managing key stakeholders across teams such as Sales, Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance including Finance across multiple locations
