</p><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.</li><li>
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Newgen platform implementations (iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, or similar).</li><li>
Strong domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services, with experience across Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, and Customer Onboarding.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process re-engineering, workflow design, and functional documentation.</li><li>
Hands-on exposure to BPM platforms, system integrations, and digital process automation initiatives.</li><li>
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA or equivalent.</li><li>
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Fluent in English.</li></ul><p><b>

Experience in digital transformation and automation initiatives in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI).</li><li>
