Role Overview
We are looking for Arabic-speaking Fashion &amp; Lifestyle Buyers with a strong passion for vibrant, experiential, and trend-driven retail. The ideal candidates will bring fresh perspectives from the UAE market, coupled with an understanding of Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s neo-classical lifestyle trends and evolving consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Trend-Driven Buying: Identify and source products that reflect global trends, local preferences, and the vibrant lifestyle of Saudi consumers.
</li><li>Assortment Planning: Develop range plans, buying plans, and OTB strategies to achieve commercial goals.
</li><li>Commercial Decision-Making: Apply buying fundamentals, including margin management, MOQ, sell-through, and inventory turnover.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Planning, and Operations to ensure alignment on product launches and campaigns.
</li><li>Market Insights: Leverage social media, trend analysis, and consumer behavior insights to make informed buying decisions.
</li><li>Performance Goals: Drive sell-through rates, maintain healthy margins, and optimize inventory ageing.
</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Profile
<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;4 years as a Fashion/Lifestyle Buyer in the UAE market.
</li><li>Skills: Strong understanding of evolving trends, consumer preferences, and commercial buying logic.
</li><li>Personality: Social media savvy, creative, and commercially driven.
</li><li>Lifestyle Awareness: Strong influence from Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s emerging neo-classical lifestyle.
