   Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  </li>

   Minimum 15 years&rsquo; experience in contract administration / QS roles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferably a Postgraduate Diploma in Contract Administration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in large infrastructure or water projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Chartered status (e.g. MRICS or equivalent) is Desirable
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of procurement strategies and dispute resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
