</p><div><ul><li><b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree </b>in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
</li><li><b>8+ years of experience </b>in subcontract administration, contract management, or commercial roles within the Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or major construction industry.
</li><li><b>Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions </b>, ADNOC standards, and EPC project execution procedures.
</li><li><b>Hands-on site-based experience </b>managing E&amp;I subcontractors, construction interfaces, and field-level coordination.
</li><li><b>Proficiency in subcontract administration processes </b>, including variations, claims, change management, evaluations, and cost control.
</li><li><b>Solid understanding of E&amp;I construction activities </b>, work scopes, drawings, and technical documentation.
</li><li><b>Excellent communication and negotiation skills </b>for dealing with subcontractors, vendors, and cross‑functional project teams.
</li><li><b>Strong documentation and reporting skills </b>, with the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
