Purpose of Position: 
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will support the growth and operations of West Shore Home’s corporate departments through a series of tasks including but not limited to sourcing, evaluation, phone screening of internal and external candidates, and facilitating hiring decisions for all assigned positions, including mid-level leadership roles in those departments.
 
Key Role Accountabilities:

<li>Develop recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions in stratums I, II, and III, specializing in those designated as ‘General Corporate’ by Talent Acquisition leadership.</li>

<li>Responsible for managing the entire candidate life cycle from sourcing to screening to scheduling to offer, thoroughly and appropriately documenting all data related to the recruiting process in the Applicant Tracking System.</li>
<li>Support the Corporate Recruiting Manager in the ongoing development of Corporate and Associate Corporate Recruiters, including but not limited to architecting and conducting training and skill development seminars to continually level up the skills of the Corporate Recruiting team.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

In this strategic senior role, you will act as a responsive and trusted talent advisor to our Engineering Leaders and HR Business Partners. You will operate at an efficient cadence, managing a pipeline of complex, specialized technical requisitions (such as Principal Software Architects, Senior ML/AI Engineers, Technical Product Managers and 10X Software Engineers/Developers). Thriving in this high-velocity environment requires agility, speed, and organizational capacity.
Work Model/Location: This role is based in our Dallas hub at 3001 Hackberry Road. We operate on a hybrid model, requiring 2 days onsite in the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with the remaining days remote. Candidates should live within a commutable distance of our Dallas office. This current model could change in the future based on business needs.

</li></ul>What You Will Be Doing
<ul><li>Consultative Advisory Partnering: Act as a strategic talent consultant to Engineering directors, CTO teams, and HRBPs. Advise on market trends, competitor talent movements, talent availability, and assessment/selection methodologies. Influence and play a key role in final hiring decisions.
</li><li>High-Velocity Requisition Delivery: Manage and deliver on a robust and complex portfolio of typically 18&ndash;25 technical requisitions. Manage successfully to industry standard recruiter KPIs, understand and execute on recruiter best practices to meet operational velocity expectations.
</li><li>Elevate the Experience: Champion an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, maintaining high engagement throughout, being responsive, authentic, and providing a seamless recruiting experience that showcases Cotality&rsquo;s culture.
</li><li>AI and Tech Process Innovation: Help lead the adoption of compliant AI resources and new technical tools to enhance recruiter enablement, increase efficiency, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
</li><li>Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage recruitment metrics, via our HR analytics platform Visier, pipeline analytics, and market intelligence to diagnose bottleneck areas, calibrate searches dynamically, and report talent landscape insights to senior leadership.
</li><li>Compliance &amp; Domain Mastery: Maintain expert-level understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws, including work visa sponsorships and the PERM recruiting process. Maintain domain knowledge of Cotality's product offerings, business units, and technical roadmaps.
</li></ul>Job Qualifications:
What You Will Bring
<ul><li>Strategic Technical Recruiting: 8+ years of dedicated technology recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years' operating in an &quot;in-house&quot; corporate environment collaborating across HR COEs and senior business leaders.
</li><li>Exceptional Consultative Skills: An effective communicator, with a track record of serving as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Technology leaders, managers up to executives, who can diplomatically influence hiring decisions and align expectations with market realities.
</li><li>Proven Outbound Track Record: A demonstrated history of building robust pipelines exclusively through proactive, direct-sourcing methods. You must be able to share proven success stories of identifying and landing complex technical talent without relying on job board applications.
</li><li>Recruiter KPIs: Manage successfully to industry standard recruiter KPIs and operational efficiency, appropriate recruiting timelines. Leverage Visier regularly to help inform progress and identify areas of opportunity.
</li><li>Strong Tech &amp; AI Tool Fluency: Highly proficient with modern corporate ATS systems (preferably Workday Recruit) and CRMs (such as Phenom, Avature, or HiredScore). Hands-on experience integrating compliant AI sourcing tools into daily workflows to drive performance.
</li><li>Employment Law Competency: Apply clear working knowledge of employment laws, work visa sponsorships, transfer processes, and PERM requirements.

<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
</li><li>Experience leveraging skills-based talent data frameworks and Workday ATS/CRM. Experience with Paradox would be a plus.
