SCOPE</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring to Baird:</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on recruiting</li><li>
Passion for Talent Acquisition with a proven record of delivering excellent service to hiring managers and candidates</li><li>
Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and effective job postings</li><li>
Effective interviewing and assessment skills, with confidence presenting candidate recommendations</li><li>
Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, social media tools, and Microsoft Office, including MS Copilot</li><li>
Solid understanding of internet and digital recruiting strategies, including LinkedIn and job boards</li><li>
Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling and administrative tasks</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities</li><li>
