4. Works independently to assist in the coordination/scheduling for their senior/executive including scheduling of standing meetings, responding to requests for meetings as requested
 
5. Assist senior/executive in developing and gathering data for specific projects.
 
6. Collects agenda items, prepares agenda and composes minutes as requested. Collects information and creates reports from established data and/or departments.
 
7. Establish and maintains office files and records and assembles information from these and other sources. Archives files independently as appropriate.
 
8. Prints meeting materials and prepares meeting folders for internal and external meetings of the senior/executive leadership.
 
9. Researches and compiles information as requested from senior/executive.
 
10. Works independently drafting personal and business correspondence, letter and memos as requested. Proofreads all typed correspondence prior to submittal or distribution.
 
11. Compiles accurate statistical, financial or unit activity data for department as assigned.
 
12. Coordinates travel arrangements as needed and prepares travel reimbursement for signature.
 
13. Participates in cross-training with all other support other support staff in hospital.
 
14. Prioritizes mail, messages, inquiries, etc. for senior/executive&rsquo;s action or response.
 
15. Works with management to coordinate and identify educational and training opportunities.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $95,500 to $128,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing business and administrative support to members of the C-Suite, including the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Financial Officer and SVP, International Markets. The successful candidate for this position must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and exemplary attention to detail. They must have the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment while safeguarding confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Act as an administrative support to the C-suite, overseeing incoming communications, including mail, phone calls, bills, and meeting intake. Prioritize and maintain complex appointment calendars, coordinate with key meeting stakeholders, taking initiative to reschedule appointments as necessary.

 The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the President &amp; Chief Creative Officer. While this role will act as the primary contact for all incoming communication, this job is very much about people and relationships. Professionalism, diplomacy, flexibility, and attitude are critical components of success as this individual will be responsible for representing their executive internally across The Walt Disney Company&rsquo;s business units and key disciplines &ndash; as well as externally across a wide variety of senior constituents spanning multiple industries and disciplines
 
 
 The Senior Executive Assistant will ensure daily prioritization of communication, meetings, and action items in a fast-paced environment while managing all work with the highest degree of confidentiality, integrity, and judgment. Additionally, this individual will proactively manage the President &amp; Chief Creative Officer complex calendar, coordinate meetings, plan and execute travel arrangements, and prepare executive level presentations and other correspondence. Beyond providing overall office administration and organizational task support, the Senior Executive Assistant will need to be a true partner to their executive understanding their executive&rsquo;s business priorities and key constituents to fully anticipate needs, provide strategic and proactive support, and tap into company resources as needed.
 
 
 You will report to the President &amp; Chief Creative Officer for Walt Disney Imagineering/Disney Experiences.
 
 
 This is a Full-Time role based in Glendale, California.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to screening and routing phone calls, scheduling meetings requiring significant coordination and follow-up, managing calendars, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring timely and effective communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand current priorities (daily, weekly, etc.) to be strategic about how and where to direct activities (phone calls, emails, requests); Review the executive&rsquo;s schedule to build-in time for strategy and planning, as well as travel between meetings, if applicable
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare for meetings including setup for large presentations/video conferences with multiple sites and time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of global business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support when executive is out of the office - considering time zones, weather/traffic delays, and other key inputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams both internally and externally &ndash; the ability to work well with people at all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft letters and emails on behalf of your leader
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide additional office support such as ordering supplies, processing purchase orders, and processing SAP workflow requirements (including travel invoices)
 </li>

 Assist with any special projects and other related duties as needed, including sourcing publicly available research on key opportunities/potential projects.

 Proven administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a fast paced, highly complex environment that is project driven within the entertainment industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated exemplary planning and organization skills &ndash; able to set priorities, manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly where needed.

 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate administrative needs, to be self-motivated and to make independent decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to communicate efficiently and effectively through demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

 Strong relationships across the segment and enterprise that help drive efficiency in managing scheduling issues, problem solving, and creating positive outcomes

 The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $95,500 to $128,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
