<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications / Education / Experience</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Accounting, Finance, or related field</b>; <b>CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred</b>.</li><li><b>
3+ years</b> experience in accounting and/or FP&amp;A; financial institution experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of <b>GAAP</b>, financial institution accounting, and relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Advanced skills in tools such as <b>Excel</b> (required); experience with <b>Great Plains, Power BI</b>, or similar platforms preferred.</li><li>
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into <b>clear insights for non-financial audiences</b>.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with integrity and discretion.</li></ul>
