Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Fire Protection &amp; Fire Fighting Systems:</b> Design, review, and coordinate sprinkler, standpipe, hose reel, fire pump, foam, clean agent, and water mist systems, including hydraulic calculations and pump room layouts.</p></li><li><p><b>
Fire Alarm &amp; Detection Systems:</b> Design addressable and conventional fire alarm systems, voice evacuation, BMS integration, and prepare shop drawings and technical submittals.</p></li><li><p><b>
Passive Fire Protection:</b> Review and specify fire-rated walls, doors, partitions, fire stopping, and structural fire protection; verify on-site compliance.</p></li><li><p><b>
Smoke Management &amp; Pressurization:</b> Design and review smoke extraction, staircase/lobby pressurization, and car park ventilation systems; coordinate CFD studies and ensure compliance with SBC and NFPA standards.</p></li><li><p><b>
