What You&rsquo;ll Do in Your New Role:

NGA Research requires SETA support that is separate from NGA Financial Management (FM), for R&amp;D program planning, budget building, acquisition support, and financial execution of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&amp;E) and Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) funding. This support will aid the PPE team, Technical Offices, and Pods in the programmatic and financial aspects of new and existing programs, projects, and acquisitions.</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Assist Technical Office Directors and Pods in forecasting, tracking, and updating the commitments, obligations, and expenditure data of RDT&amp;E and O&amp;M funding for prior fiscal year and current fiscal year office budget reviews.</li><li>
Provide program review support including support to annual Pod reviews and<br>
quarterly program reviews.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation of the Program Build and CBJB/IPBS descriptions.
</li><li>Employ knowledge of RDT&amp;E budget activity codes and policies concerning two-year funding to assist Research in planning, programming, and budgeting activities.</li><li>
Generate custom ad hoc financial reports to provide data for presentations, meetings, briefings, suspenses, and any other requirements needing financial data.</li></ul><ul><li>
Coordinate with other national program managers and setup and facilitate technical exchange meetings.</li><li>
Support the Government lead in the execution of their duties related to the governance of the international Government to Government relationships, including but not limited to support to senior/executive meetings, preparation of read-ahead materials, the drafting of briefings or papers, international travel, and occasional non-standard work hours to attend meetings across several time zones.</li><li>
Attend staff meetings, technical reviews, working groups, kick-offs, VTCs/telecoms, management reviews, etc.</li><li>
Must have technical background and comfortable writing to the technical capabilities involved with the program.</li><li><div>
Familiar with PPBE process and program budget builds; program execution</div></li><li>
Familiar with MIPR</li><li>
Familiar with SOW and Technology Transfer Agreements</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>15+ years&rsquo; experience in working in all areas of program budget management</li><li>
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (technical) or bachelor's degree that consisted of 36 credit hours in technical curriculum</li><li>
Willingness to sit for a CI Poly</li><li>
Must have technical background and comfortable writing to the technical capabilities involved with the program.</li><li>
Must have NGA or NRO experience</li></ul>
