The Opportunity 
CRST is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees across the organization. In this role, you'll independently manage complex employee matters, drive performance and keep the organization consistent, compliant and protected.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership without being asked and brings calm, clear judgment to difficult situations. You'll have the autonomy to manage complex employee relations, lead development initiatives and serve as CRST's internal subject matter expert on HR policy and employment law &mdash; with direct visibility across multiple business units.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing generalist support and flexing to meet team needs</li>
<li>Independently manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action and terminations, while ensuring consistency and compliance</li>
<li>Collaborate on ADA, FMLA and other leave-related matters</li>
<li>Drive completion and quality of 90-day and annual performance reviews, holding leaders accountable for the process</li>
<li>Execute and provide guidance on compensation programs in alignment with applicable laws, regulations and company policy</li>
<li>Lead talent assessments, calibration sessions and succession planning efforts to place the right people in critical roles</li>
<li>Deliver training on HR practices and leadership development while continuously improving onboarding and the overall employee experience</li>
<li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and service delivery</li>
<li>Identify patterns and root causes in leadership performance and implement solutions that strengthen business unit outcomes</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert on CRST policy and employment law, ensuring timely and accurate case management to mitigate enterprise risk</li>
<li>Travel as needed to support business needs</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience independently managing complex employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action and terminations</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment law and compliance requirements with the ability to assess risk and ensure consistent application</li>

<li>Experience driving performance review processes and holding leaders accountable for quality, consistency and completion</li>

HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities.
