<div><p>The Elementary Senior Instructor is an instructor who teaches a full course load during both the Academic Year and Summer sessions. This role is full-time, year-round position which includes the academic year and summer.</p>
<p>
This role reports to the Senior Associate Director. The Senior Instructor is responsible for managing all of the administrative tasks, student / family support, and grading associated with their assigned classes. Additionally, the Senior Instructor will provide support more broadly for the campus by helping other instructors / directors with their grading as needed, designing and running content-specific in-reach / outreach workshops, and modeling expert teaching practices for other instructors through class observations and professional development sessions. During Academy breaks, the Senior Instructor will assist with grading (post-Academic Year), family meetings, on-site assessments, and open houses, as well as create Professional Development trainings, create and manage in-reach / outreach events, and other duties as assigned.</p>

</li><li>Build and maintain branded templates for ILT, VILT, job aids, and e-learning materials
</li><li>Ensure consistency in color palettes, typography, layout systems, and brand identity across all deliverables
</li><li>Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers (IDs) and Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) during project development
</li>Ensure all media assets meet quality, accessibility, and delivery timelines<br>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia production
</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, animation, and technical visualization skills
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Camtasia, and other animation/video editing tools
</li><li>Ability to accurately visualize and illustrate complex technical content
</li><li>Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles within learning experiences
</li><li>3D modeling experience is preferred</li></ul><br>
