You will work alongside a team of producers and production coordinators to up-level the team&rsquo;s deep industry expertise by learning, inspiring and sharing knowledge with each other.</p></div><p></p><div><p>
Day-to-day, you&rsquo;ll work with a team of designers, producers and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also partner with external creatives, commissioning and managing multiple creative partners ranging from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming artists and creators to deliver premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Within the broader Marketing function, you will collaborate with your counterparts across many different teams to help deliver creative in accordance with our Brand Standards. You will work end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team through final delivery. Depending on the size and scale of a project you may be a part of a Production team driving or supporting the work and should be able to manage smaller workstreams end-to-end.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b>

WHAT YOU BRING</b></p></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of direct relevant work experience in content production and/or post production.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A passion for creative production and a commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding of creative disciplines, and an interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet assigned deadlines; excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Forward-thinker with solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airtable.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with Coupa and Figma a plus.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to travel as needed.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>We are hiring for multiple Sport areas as well as the agile studio.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><br>
