Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</b></div><div>
5+ years of work experience in customizing and delivering Energy Management Systems preferbly e-terrra AEMS - Reliance</div><div>
5 + years of experience with C++, Java or other related language.</div><div>
5+ years of experience with GE&rsquo;s AEMS Reliance source design and development.</div><div>
5+ years of experience with electric utility industry practices.</div><div>
5 years of experience with LINUX and Windows Operating Systems</div><div>
5 years of experience with C, Java &amp; Oracle Database</div><div>
SQL, shell scripting, ability to read and interpret logs &amp; debug files</div><div>
Installation of Operating system patches and other 3rd Party Software such as Oracle, NetApp etc.</div><div>
System configuration and Hands on Experience in GitHub and ClearCase</div><div>
5 years experience on Realtime or Mission Critical Systems</div><div>
Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems</div><div>
Proven track record of problem analysis, identification and resolution</div><div>
Strong troubleshooting &amp; debugging skills</div><div>
Good communication skills (verbal and written)</div><div>
MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook competency</div><div>
Reliance (Formerly known as XA/21) experience</div><div>
Object-Oriented programming techniques, Oracle, and/or system administration, is a plus</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Responsible for advanced Power Systems Application software development and successful delivery of assigned functions to meet corporate project/product commitments. The responsibilities include: working with Electric Utilities or ISOs (Independent System Operators) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs) on functional software specifications, designing, coding, testing, integration, application tuning and delivery</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Ensure customers&rsquo; success by fostering a balanced relationship that benefits both GE and the customer</div><div>
with the goal of producing the highest level of customer support and satisfaction. In this role, you will:</div><div>
Take a leadership role in strategizing with internal staff and customers to solve and prevent re-occurrence of issues.</div><div>
Engage with customers on day to day issues; organize customer calls to facilitate implementation of solutions while adhering to change control, compliance protocols. Ensure solution does solve the customer&rsquo;s issue.</div><div>
