You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating prescription benefit management (PBM) contracts with CVS Health&rsquo;s health plan client. In this role you will actively advise internal partners on an array of matters.</p><p></p><p>
You will work in conjunction with other team members and business partners to interpret and administer PBM service agreements, provide legal and regulatory compliance interpretation, and general legal advice. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
