<div>In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
</div><div><div><ul><li>Experience performing skilled carpentry, plumbing, and basic-to-intermediate electrical work.</li><li>
Ability to install, maintain, and repair wall mounted equipment, training props, fixtures, and other facility assets safely and accurately.</li><li>
Proficiency using power tools, hand tools, measuring equipment, ladders, and other trade related equipment.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose building system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or adjustments.</li><li>
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, site maps, schematics, work orders, and manufacturer specifications.</li><li>
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple work orders with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including Cal/OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe tool operation.</li><li>
Experience coordinating with facility staff, property managers, and logistics or operations teams to complete repairs and ensure compliance with lease obligations.</li><li>
Ability to document work accurately, track materials and supplies, and update maintenance logs or work order systems.</li><li>
