We are a bakery manufacturer that operates 365 days a year, including holidays. We are accepting applications for Senior and Non-Senior Maintenance Technician positions. The Senior position start time will range from 3 AM - 7 AM and the Non-Senior Maintenance position start time will be 12 PM. Training hours may differ at the beginning. Pay will scale up based on skills and experience.Overall Responsibility The Maintenance Technician is responsible to keep all the equipment and the facility in working order. <li>Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
</li>
<li>Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
</li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
</li>
<li>Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
</li>
<li>Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.</li></ul> 

Requirements: 

<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li>
<li>Ford Certification
</li>
<li>ASE Certification
</li>
<li>Previous experience at a Ford dealership
</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred.
</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components.
</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
</li>
<li>Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.
</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.</li></ul>
