 The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the Middle East marketing strategy for driving brand growth, brand awareness and brand equity while supporting demand generation, revenue growth and market share expansion across GCC and Levant markets.
 
 
 As a member of the regional leadership team, the role will define the regional brand and marketing roadmap, oversee major product launches and integrated campaigns, and ensure strong execution across full-funnel consumer communications including digital, social, influencer, PR, retail and e-commerce channels.
 
 
 The role will also build and manage strategic partnerships across agencies, creators, retailers and complementary brands, while leading the regional marketing team and agency ecosystem to deliver best-in-class marketing execution, drive demand generation and conversion, and support category leadership and long-term brand growth across the Middle East.

 &bull; Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR and retail channels

 Product Launch &amp; Go-to-Market
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches across small domestic appliances categories in the region
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with global product, brand and commercial teams to ensure strong launch execution and market impact
 
 
 &bull; Translate product innovation into compelling consumer messaging relevant to Middle East audiences
 
 
 &bull; Ensure launches are supported by integrated campaigns, retail activation and strong demand generation
 
 
 
 Social Media &amp; Influencer Marketing
 
 
 
 &bull; Define and lead the regional social and creator strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
 
 
 &bull; Build influencer and creator partnerships that drive brand awareness, product discovery and demand generation
 
 
 &bull; Develop a strong pipeline of social-first content aligned with brand and campaign priorities
 
 
 &bull; Use social insights and trends to inform campaign strategy and content development
 
 
 
 Retail &amp; E-commerce Marketing
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence across key retail partners and e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Noon
 
 
 &bull; Ensure strong brand visibility and product storytelling across physical and digital retail environments to drive demand capture and conversion
 
 
 &bull; Align marketing initiatives with retail calendars, promotional moments and commercial trading priorities
 
 
 
 Partnerships &amp; Market Development
 
 
 
 &bull; Build and manage the regional marketing organization and agency ecosystem while developing strategic partnerships across creators, retailers, agencies and complementary brands
 
 
 &bull; Identify collaboration opportunities that expand reach, strengthen brand awareness and drive consumer engagement
 
 
 &bull; Provide strategic marketing leadership to distributor partners across the region

 &bull; Track and analyze marketing performance across campaigns, channels and markets
 
 
 &bull; Use consumer insights, market data and retail performance to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
 
 
 &bull; Monitor brand health, demand generation and campaign effectiveness to strengthen brand equity and market impact
 
 
 &bull; Provide performance reporting and strategic recommendations to regional leadership
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience, Qualifications and Skills
 
 :
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
 
 
 &bull; 10+ years of marketing experience within consumer goods, consumer technology, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies including brand building, demand generation and major product launches
 
 
 &bull; Experience launching and scaling brands across multiple markets
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of Middle East consumer behavior, retail environments and digital ecosystems
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience building and leading marketing teams and managing agency ecosystems
 
 
 &bull; Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
