The Senior Marketing Manager brings forward ideas and recommendations while staying closely aligned with organizational priorities and direction.</li><li>
The Vice President has greater capacity to focus on communications strategy, public relations, thought leadership, executive communications, partnerships, and brand leadership.</li><li>

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience
3&ndash;5 years of relevant marketing or communications experience, with demonstrated responsibility for independently managing projects and campaigns.
Skills<ul><li>
Strong writing, editing, and content-development skills.</li><li>
Experience managing social media, email, web, and digital marketing channels.</li><li>
Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project-management skills.</li><li>
Comfortable proactively working with colleagues across departments to gather information and identify communications opportunities.</li><li>
Ability to bring forward ideas and recommendations while working effectively within established strategy and priorities.</li><li>
Sound judgment and ability to work with sensitive information and stories.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION<ul><li>
Nonprofit or mission-driven marketing experience.</li><li>
Squarespace experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.</li><li>
Digital advertising and social analytics experience.</li>
Photography, video editing, or basic motion graphics capabilities.

Must pass all criminal history and child maltreatment background checks.</li><li>

Attend and participate in mandatory training, staff meetings, and all other events, as required.</li><li>

Complete all required documentation in a timely manner per EverHope&rsquo;s procedures.</li></ul>
