Knowledge / Experience (Skills)<ul><li>
Minimum (10 to 20) years' experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.</li><li>
Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages. Prepare and manage estimate plans. Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.</li><li>
Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).</li><li>
Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.</li><li>
Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). Familiarization with SAEP-25.</li><li>
