Develop high-quality code that meets functional requirements, is easy to maintain, and provides a positive user experience.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Setting technical direction, defining best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Determining the overall structure of the application, selecting appropriate technologies, and designing scalable and maintainable solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Communicate directly with customers when needed to troubleshoot issues, gather context, and ensure satisfaction with mobile solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning among team members.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&amp;D department.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Minimum:</b></p></div><div><p><b>
Required Education and Experience:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
7+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 3 years using React Native.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and design principles</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
7+ years of experience with testing mobile applications and enterprise software through manual and automated techniques/unit test frameworks.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern frameworks.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b>
