The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $123,000. Why we are looking for you
We're looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Partner to support the growth of our Business Operations and G&amp;A teams. In this role you'll be a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers across Biz Ops, HR, R4R and Finance - driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, building the processes that make us better, and relentlessly pursuing top-tier talent for some of our most critical and hard-to-fill roles.
This is a high-impact position where your ability to bring structure, identify exceptional people, and consult with confidence will directly shape how Owner scales. You'll own this function - and have the opportunity to build it the right way from the ground up.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
The impact you will have<ul><li>
Own full-cycle recruiting for Business Operations and G&amp;A roles - from kickoff through offer - with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate quality and experience</li><li>
Build the recruiting infrastructure for business roles from scratch: intake frameworks, interview guides, sourcing playbooks, and hiring manager SLAs that create consistency and rigor where there isn't any today</li><li>
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines for niche and senior-level roles across Biz Ops, People, R4R and Finance - so we're never starting from zero</li><li>
Serve as a true talent consultant to Biz Ops and G&amp;A hiring managers - shaping role scopes, aligning on what great looks like, and pushing back when needed</li><li>
Use recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to identify what's working, surface insights, and continuously improve how we hire</li><li>
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout</li><li>
Flex into other areas of the business as hiring needs evolve, bringing the same rigor and hustle wherever you go</li></ul>
What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent on Biz Ops, G&amp;A or R4R roles at a high-growth company</li><li>
A proven process builder - you've brought structure to a reactive recruiting environment and have the playbooks to show for it</li><li>
Deep sourcing expertise, including fluency with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies for niche and senior roles</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management skills - you communicate with clarity, consult with confidence, and build trust fast with leaders at every level</li><li>
Data fluency - you use metrics to drive decisions and tell the story of your pipeline health, not just report on it</li><li>

Pay and benefits<ul><li>
The estimated base salary range for this role is $150-180k, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package</li><li>

<div>You will be a creative problem solver for the Senior Partner and/or Partner whom you support. In this role, you will collaborate with your Partners to optimize their time, create trust-based relationships within their network while building your own, and deliver high-quality product.
The Partners&rsquo; network includes their clients, teams, practices, and internal colleagues. You will build ongoing rapport with your Partners, their clients, client assistants, internal colleagues, your EA team and other EAs globally. You will act as an informed representative for the Partners when interacting with clients, internal and external customers, and others, while maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Your role involves organizing, strategically managing, and maintaining detailed and complex calendars for Senior Partners and other team members.
Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating client and internal meetings, conference calls, conferences, events, and lunches or dinners, as well as sending out reminders. You will also coordinate complex international and local travel arrangements, manage travel logistics, and accommodate individual preferences.
Additional duties include tracking and managing all incoming communications, responding to correspondence that does not require the personal attention of the Partner, and assuming responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing major projects with minimal guidance.
These projects often involve coordinating schedules for senior leadership participants. Acting as an informed deputy, you will interact with clients and other key stakeholders whose goodwill and respect are critical to the Partners and the firm, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and their administrative contacts.
Collaboration with Executive Assistant Managers and department members is essential to ensure smooth workflow, timely actions, and adherence to deadlines.
Your role also includes organizing and maintaining all client and internal files using the firm's authorized system, providing backup coverage as needed, and coordinating events for both internal and external initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and submitting timesheets and expenses in accordance with deadlines, managing and monitoring client accounting statements and invoices upon request, and handling miscellaneous tasks such as printing, copying, mailing, and other duties as assigned.</div>
