  will play a pivotal role in driving payroll transformation engagements with clients. This role requires deep expertise in

  to join our payroll operations team supporting the Indonesia Payroll . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing payrolls across multiple countries &mdash; particularly
  <strong>
   Indonesia, Malaysia
  </strong>
  &mdash; with a deep understanding of local statutory and compliance frameworks. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

   Key Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Administering payrolls, month end consolidation and processing support as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Projects as required such as process improvement, standardisation of payroll systems and assist with system upgrades.
  </li>
  <li>
   Calculation and payment of new hire, termination payments and revised terms changes
  </li>
  <li>
   Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments
  </li>
  <li>
   Calculation, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax and workers compensation returns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Administration, calculation, reconciliation and payment of all superannuation contributions, Annual leave, long service leave and redundancy.
  </li>
  <li>
   Checking and auditing payrolls, ensuring legislative and award/EBA compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaising with management and staff regarding pay enquiries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and update payroll procedures, user guides, and online resources.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintenance of staff records including archiving and filing
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparation of ad hoc reports as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the Global SOX Compliance process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Payments and WHT payments
  </li>
  <li>
   Super Annuation
  </li>

   Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:

 <ul>
  <li>
   years of relevant experience in end-end Payroll.
  </li>
  <li>
   Comprehensive knowledge of SAP payroll systems, principles of employment law, taxation, workplace relations
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated payroll management &amp; business process improvement experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attention to detail, problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to create, review and supply policies and procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage more than one country payroll
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Customer focussed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Evidence of a confident communication style and clear written communication.
