</p></div><div><p>The Resource Manager is responsible for managing a team that will work closely with key stakeholders and onshore resourcing teams to forecast resource requirements, identify skill gaps, and ensure that the right people are deployed to the right projects at the right time.<br>

You will collaborate closely with onshore resourcing teams, project managers, business leads, and senior leadership to manage critical resourcing data for the onshore resourcing teams.<br>

They will also need experience of line management.<br>

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Producing regular, standardised Management Information (MI) to provide insight and trends to Resource Managers and senior stakeholders, helping to drive business growth.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Performing regular data integrity checks/data cleansing in our workforce planning system to deliver sustainable, high quality information.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Update and maintain key systems with business critical data to support the management of headcount budgets and forecasts on a regular basis.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Using existing and emerging technologies to process a range of RM related data to ensure that critical business activities are cascaded and/or completed in a timely manner .<br>
</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>Skills:
</b></p></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Demonstrable experience of workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment or project management experience within a professional environment
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Evidence of well refined communication skills
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with an ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the business
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Able to plan prioritise, multitask and manage a significant workload under pressure
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Must be comfortable and confident with systems &ndash; Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
