 Brightspeed is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Fiber Engineering &amp; Construction Support team! As Senior Project Manager, Engineering &amp; Construction you will support Planning, Engineering and Construction teams that are responsible for all aspects of the fiber build. You have demonstrated ability to analyze high-volume, ambiguous data sets, uncover meaningful patterns and convert findings into data-driven decisions that improve performance and outcomes. You quickly extract actionable insights, identify both positive and negative trends and make recommendations for improvement and Best Practice standardization. The position will be a critical part of the Engineering and Construction team that will collaboratively manage complex and cross-departmental workflows. This role has Executive level exposure and requires strong data analytic skills, the ability to problem-solve and to work within a fast-moving environment to rapidly deliver support and services that have a broad business impact.

Position Summary

 Key Responsibilities

 Builds positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors.

 Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.

 Ability to identify and achieve the optimal technical and commercial position within the job context

 Monitor design activities, interdisciplinary data flow and communications.
 </li>

 Responsible for design basis, design scopes and subsequent performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage, technical evaluations, risks identification, mitigation &amp; control, project deliverables review, scope control &amp; managing project variations, recovery planning, construction, commissioning, &amp; project handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Project Scope Statement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design reviews and technical review meetings are scheduled, well documented and actions closed out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Client approvals are achieved without delay or rework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently achieve above average client satisfaction rating for technical delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of disciplines to achieve scope completion at or below budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prompt claims identification, quantification and justification provided to project manager.

 Education &ndash; Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Full-Time Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
 </li>
 <li>
 MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period.
 </li>
 <li>
 Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Industry Specific Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Extensive work experience in offshore projects at a senior level within the Oil &amp; Gas industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have well developed engineering planning skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably Middle East experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with an international engineering consultancy
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in brownfield environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory experience in FEED phase
