Job Scope: Generally responsible for supervision and technical direction over a team of engineers and designers engaged in the total delivery of services on time, within performance budget and quality expectations. Work at this level requires extensive progressive experience in project management and involves the utilization of project controls for cost, schedule and quality of projects. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Efficiently managing promotional projects minimizing the cost to Hargrove by working with the Engineering Resource Leaders to accurately estimate Professional Service man-hours to complete the project while achieving the objectives.</li><li>
Successfully managing commercial contract(s) on one or more projects of various sizes, as required. Ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner, Project Change Notices are processed, monthly Office Earnings Report (OER) is reviewed in the time allotted, and the project(s) plan in Vision is current.</li><li>
Maintaining control of the project by tracking and maintaining discipline performance budget progress, schedule commitments, and quality standards. Understanding and utilizing the project tools that are in place for project control.</li><li>
Validating professional service and construction estimates at the beginning of a project, and then tracking changes as the project progresses.</li><li>
Participating in development of all major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions.</li><li>
Familiarity with project scope, specifications, deliverables required by client, and design criteria upon assignment to a project and gaining Hargrove team alignment of schedule and budget in regard to deliverables required. Work with client team to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>
Recognizing and communicating scope and design changes promptly by championing the Project Change Notice process and promoting a positive Change Management culture.</li><li>

 As a pivotal team member, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure their successful completion within defined timeframes and cost parameters. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, primarily focused on Curtain Walls, Window wall, Storefronts, Metal Panels and more.  Responsibilities:

 Responsible for administering Curtainwall project of High Rise Buildings. from pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, turnover and contract closeout

 Coordinate the shop drawing and submittal process by collaborating with Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Factory to establish a solid project foundation, including attendance at various design meetings.

 Establish Schedules of Values for projects, assisting with monthly requisitions, change orders, and other project accounting duties.

The Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice will provide overall direction and leadership, and owns project outcomes for significantly complex projects and/or multiple projects. This position will fully implement and manage the operation, profitability and administration of projects. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FAMILY – CORE
 
Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed.
 Manages the JE Dunn prestart checklist form.
 Supports the preconstruction team including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development, scope review, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation and bid advertisement.
 Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule. Verifies pricing and scope, identifies successful bidders, provides gap analysis against initial scope and manages issuance of subcontracts.
 Manages the submittal schedule setup. Coordinates priorities with the team; reviews and approves all shop drawings and samples prior to submittal to architects or engineers.
 Ensures approved submittals are returned to subcontractors and available to project team per the project schedule and the contract.
 Coordinates with Logistics to obtain pricing on materials and equipment.
 Confers with risk management to ensure approval and/or bonding requirements for subcontractors. Reviews decisions with project leader. Provides ongoing risk analysis of subcontractors throughout project lifecycle.
 Coordinates the various stakeholders of the project including but not limited to subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors, etc.
 Disseminates change requests to subcontractors for pricing and schedule input. Gathers and evaluates subcontractor pricing to confirm accuracy.
 Prepares, submits and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests.
 Leads various meetings such as monthly project reviews, progress meetings and OAC (Owner Architect) meetings.
 Completes monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.

 Provides a variety of regular reporting and analysis to project team(s) to communicate overall project status and profitability.
