Project Delivery &amp; Client Engagement Support<ul><li>Support consulting project team and based on client mandates, in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation</li><li>Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and progress dashboards</li><li>Support the development of client deliverables, including assessment reports, recommendations, and executive summaries</li><li>Coordinate internal and client meetings, capture MoMs, and track action items</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and formatting consistency of all client-facing documents</li></ul>3. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Develop analytical reports, management dashboards, and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Support data consolidation, analysis, and visualization to enable decision-making</li><li>Maintain accurate and structured project documentation repositories</li><li>Assist in creating standardized templates, toolkits, and methodologies for the HR consulting practice</li></ul>4.
