Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional requirements, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process flows, and decision points.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical tasks, development estimates, backlog items, sprint-ready stories, testable acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Lead or support technical design discussions for Drupal/WCMS enhancements, content models, templates, APIs, integrations, search features, analytics, data feeds, forms, microsites, landing pages, and web applications.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Guide developers in applying Drupal/WCMS best practices, secure coding practices, reusable component patterns, responsive design, Section 508/WCAG accessibility practices, and Federal web standards.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>

Support legacy site migrations, WCMS upgrades, content consolidation, redirects, metadata, taxonomy, search behavior, content validation, and migration readiness activities.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and working sessions including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder demos, and requirements walkthroughs.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Partner with QA and Trusted Tester resources to confirm that implemented features satisfy requirements, function across browsers and devices, and meet accessibility and usability expectations.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Document technical dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, change impacts, release notes, training inputs, SOPs, and user support materials as needed.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Analyze production issues, user feedback, analytics findings, public inquiry trends, and operational tickets to identify root causes and recommend improvements.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>

Minimum Qualifications</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Experience supporting web modernization, digital services, CMS/WCMS, application development, or public-facing website programs.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Experience performing business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process analysis, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Hands-on technical understanding of Drupal or comparable WCMS platforms, web applications, APIs, integrations, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern web development practices.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Experience coordinating developers, QA testers, UX/content staff, accessibility specialists, and client stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery environment.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
