Future Pipe Industries Group is seeking an experienced Regional Senior Manager &ndash; Quality to lead and elevate quality management across the group&rsquo;s global manufacturing plants and central functions. Reporting to the Vice President &ndash; Quality, this senior leadership role is central to maintaining FPIG&rsquo;s reputation for excellence in composite GRP/GRE piping solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy &amp; Leadership
<ul><li> Implement group quality policies ensuring products meet customer expectations and agreed specifications.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Promote a quality mindset across the organization and cross-functional teams.</li></ul>

Support and establish procedures for new product introduction, technology development, process optimization and failure analysis investigations.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Aft Body Quality Manager (Level K) to join our 787 Aft Body Quality team based in North Charleston, SC on 2nd shift.
The Quality Manager will oversee inspection activities, production control, process improvement, and Lean/BPS. In this role, there will be regular interaction with the cross-functional production support team, Operations, senior leadership, and regulatory agencies. This position requires strong leadership and people skills, ability to problem solve and be proactive to identify issues and to develop and communicate corrective actions plans that drive defect elimination and first pass quality.
Position Responsibilities<ul><li>
Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.</li><li>
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.</li><li>
Provides education and coaching on the Quality Management System.</li><li>
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.</li><li>
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.</li><li>
Manages, coaches, develops, and motivates employees.</li></ul>
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in leading teams (This includes managing team assignments, tracking status and developing a team&rsquo;s talent.)</li><li>
3+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in related field</li><li>
Experience in quality leadership</li><li>
Experience working in production support</li></ul>

Position Overview: 
As a Senior Regional Quality Manager, you are a key member of the Corporate Quality team reporting to the Director, Regional Quality (North &amp; Central America [NCA]) . You will contribute to the success of Ball by ensuring plant quality assurance team members are proficient in addressing Root Cause for plant quality issues, facilitating collaboration between CTS, customers, and plant quality teams, and driving support for trials, qualification, and best practices. You will also work closely with the Regional Operations Director for the assigned Production Group. You will lead and manage strategic, complex, and regional/divisional quality improvement projects that will deliver significant added value to assigned Production Group and Beverage Packaging NCA (BPNCA). 
Your Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

Influence assigned Production Group&rsquo;s plants to focus and execute key quality initiatives, including Quality Pillar execution through the Ball Operational Excellence (BOE) platform.</li><li>
Ensure and maintain standardization of quality testing and reporting methods throughout their PG that are in alignment with customer/business requirements.</li><li>
Facilitate standardization of quality testing, trials, and process.</li><li>
Administer and maintain relations with Customer Technical Services (CTS), plant quality teams, commercial teams, supply chain teams, and customers.
</li><li>Drive consistent problem solving, routines and process to improve Quality performance at the PG and plant level.</li><li>
Contribute to customer experience improvement including but not limited to NPS (Net Promoter Score) regional/plant scorecards, concerns and other actions that drive quality improvement.</li><li>
Drive regional and plant quality accountability that ensures plant quality function maintains acceptable quality documentation.</li><li>
Influence at the regional and plant level, the evaluation and qualification of new materials and products, including line trials and customer approvals and internal qualification approval for customer shipment.</li><li>
Matrixed reporting relationship with region&rsquo;s Plant Quality Assurance (QA)Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:
