   Study contract specifications, project procedures, and BOQ to identify and evaluate additional or varied work, ensuring all claims and variations are fully substantiated.

   Prepare star rates, and negotiate new items, variations and final measurements with the Client and ensure agreement on all remeasurement matters.
  </li>

   Liaise with planning, site, and engineering teams to verify progress and reconcile measured quantities with site records.

   Review and submit interim and final payment applications, including supporting documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate records, measurement logs, and updated as-built quantities.

   Ensure compliance with Project Specifications, project procedures, and relevant industry standards.
