 Responsibilities

 Own the participant recruitment strategy for WHOOP Labs Doha, including development of: a &ldquo;top of funnel&rdquo; community outreach plan to build a participant panel; a participant incentive / compensation program; and participant communication templates for study scheduling

 Lead session schedule creation and study recruitment efforts for WHOOP Labs Doha, collaborating with the research execution team to ensure the right participants are recruited for each initiative and that study needs are coordinated across both research sites (Boston and Doha)

 Build relationships with other teams across WHOOP (e.g. marketing) that can support your strategic vision through material creation and outreach activities
