</div><div>Working as part of an accomplished team, you will support with the identification of high-quality candidates for requirements in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology &amp; Life Sciences and other regulated markets.<br>

In addition to your responsibilities within Specialist Services, you will collaborate with colleagues across the wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions to support our clients.<br>

You will also be required to work with your People Leader to support Resource Consultants with their development by providing training &amp; Coaching.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Source, build and develop strong candidate and Client relationships.</li>
<li>Building and nurturing a strong talent community through networking and conversations.</li>
<li>Working with Consultants to understand core client requirements and employer value propositions.</li>
<li>Building strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and sharing critical market information with the broader team.</li>
<li>Attracting, Advising, Interviewing and Negotiating with high-level candidates to find Win-Win partnerships between clients and candidates.</li>
<li>Using Davies suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source.</li>
<li>Develop your knowledge of the wider consulting business areas.</li>
<li>Support Clients with a broader set of challenges across technology, learning, insurance and financial services.

</li><li>Conduct face to face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interviewer.</li>
<li>Attending Client briefings to assess client requirements alongside your manager.</li>
<li>Manage candidates from end to end research/recruit/source/deliver.</li>
<li>Provide advice guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing.</li>
<li>Build on existing Davies Resourcing candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio of Candidates.</li>
<li>Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.</li>
<li>Manage online advertising across a variety of platforms to widen the talent pool.</li></ul><br>
