<p><b>Job Title: </b>Senior civil Site Engineer<br/><b>Experience:</b> 2&ndash;5 Years<br/><b>Location:</b> HSR Layout, Bangalore</p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <b>Site Engineer</b> with 2&ndash;5 years of experience to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project stakeholders for timely project completion.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Supervise daily construction/site activities as per drawings and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution</li><li>Ensure adherence to project schedules and report progress to management</li><li>Conduct site measurements, quantity checks, and material verification</li><li>Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards</li><li>Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate critical concerns when required</li><li>Maintain site documentation, DPR, and reporting</li><li>Verify billing quantities and support project handover activities</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in construction/project execution</li><li>Strong knowledge of site supervision, drawings interpretation, and BOQ</li><li>Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li>Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills</li><li>Leadership and team coordination</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li><li>Knowledge of safety and quality standards</li></ul><p><b>Salary</b></p><ul><li>As per industry standards and experience.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Are you staying in a Bangalore?</li><li>How may years of Experience do you have?</li><li>What is your Current CTC?</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
