<p><b>Job Description :-</b></p><p>To provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE) machines in the field, ensuring maximum customer uptime and satisfaction, while developing deep technical knowledge of VCE products.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 2 yr experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector.</li><li><b>Technical Support:</b> Assist senior engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing faults in VCE machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.).</li><li><b>Field Service:</b> Perform routine maintenance, scheduled servicing, and preventive maintenance on customer sites.</li><li><b>Customer Interaction:</b> Learn to provide professional, courteous service, explain technical issues, and offer solutions to customers.</li><li><b>Documentation:</b> Accurately complete service reports, warranty claims, and log work details.</li><li><b>Education:</b> Diploma or Degree in Mechanical preferred</li><li><b>Skills:</b> Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, eagerness to learn.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per month</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
