<li>Author process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programs</li>
<li>Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo</li>
<li>Perform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs</li>
<li>Perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools</li>
<li>Define requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must have a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects OR a Master's degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects Experience with Cameo SysML</li>
<li>Must have expert Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD Systems.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools.</li>
<li>Must have experience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)).</li>
</ul><div><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Familiarity with MDA programs and processes, preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons, preferred.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NG, preferred.</li>
<li>Exposure to MDA test events and activities, preferred.</li>
</ul><div><b>Security Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be a US Citizen</li>
<li>Must have an Active Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance.</li>
</ul><div><b>Travel Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimal Travel; 10% or less</li>
<li>If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
