<p>Each Director of HR - Digital will be responsible for inspiring a team focused on creating digital-first experiences, developing an enterprise-wide HR technology strategy, leading our digital media creative services, and implementing digital automation and adoption across all HR services.</p>
<p>Support the System Director, Digital Associate Experience by directing the usability design function for our websites and mobile apps. This role will develop and implement the overall design philosophy for improving the workflow, functionality, and visual appeal of our online presence. Ensures usability factors are applied consistently across all online properties. Leads a team of talented experience designers with a dedicated focus on superior digital driven designs that improve the employee experience and HR processes and to achieve quality business outcomes.</p>
<p>Support the System Director, Digital Associate Experience by leading Human Resources creative operations and serve as digital design branding leader. This role will ensure all content developed by HR designers and consultants follows usability and visual design best practices. Will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the HR brand identity and marketing strategies for digital, print, web, mobile and other modalities as needed. Expected to be a highly creative and an innovative thought leader on art, design, and visual concepts. Will create prototypes, wireframes that illustrate layout, navigation, controls, and content prioritization, storyboards, user flows, process flows and maps to effectively lead interaction and design ideas. Responsible for transforming business requirements into elegant, intuitive experiences designed to have significant impact and will use quantitative and qualitative research to inform design iteration. Accomplish this by working collaboratively with the System Director, Digital Associate Experience and other Technology executives to understand future needs, innovate and rapidly and methodically develop the processes, solutions, and capabilities to meet those needs.</p>

<p>The Senior Marketing Specialist (&quot;the Specialist&quot;) is responsible for leading coordination of marketing and communication activities for CHRISTUS entities and departments/initiatives as directed by the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications as part of the system strategic marketing and communications department's function. Specifically, the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with regional/entity marketing plan development and customer relationship management (CRM) program development which includes: coordination of system health campaigns or other branding/marketing messaging as needed for regional use, coordination with system ad agencies and graphic designers for campaign development and/or order form development, understanding CRM strategies for the deployment at the regional/entity level, identifying customer segments and engagement activities especially in terms of affinity groups and related specialized targets, utilizing third party contracted applications, assisting Director of CRM with regional/entity educational opportunities/meetings and coordination of plug-in products such as e-newsletters and printing production as needed, and serving as the primary department contact for Project Management of internal system department requests which includes, but not limited to: Human Resources, Wellness/Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Legal, Mission and Ethics, etc. The Specialist will possess the ability to manage outside vendors, ad agencies, graphic designers, production companies, printers and related contracted resources to meet deadline and budget requirements for projects. The Specialist will serve as a partner to regions/entities in their planning efforts supporting the use of system resources such as CRM third party data, e-Marketing offerings, design resources and similar components to help develop and implement their marketing plans and campaigns (especially related to growing profitable business and increasing sales).
