<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive Day 1 readiness plans and Phase II integration roadmaps</li>
<li>Assess target organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and technical debt</li>
<li>Identify integration risks, costs, and optimization opportunities</li>
<li>Coordinate across IT and business units to align technical integration with organizational goals</li>
<li>Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards</li>
<li>Lead project teams and manage resources across multiple workstreams</li>
<li>Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to project plans</li>
<li>Manage risks and issues through resolution</li>
<li>Produce and present regular project and program status reports</li>
<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to project team members and PMO staff</li>
<li>Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements:</h3>
<ul><li>8&ndash;10 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management</li>
<li>Strong experience in healthcare IT environments (hospital or healthcare systems preferred)</li>
<li>Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility projects or programs</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning</li>
<li>Proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications:</h3>
<ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (highly preferred)</li>
<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM)</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare mergers &amp; acquisitions (M&amp;A)</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile environments</li>
