The Herm&egrave;s Maison Madison Flagship Boutique opened in 1983 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the New York Region. This position will report to the After Sales Manager and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. 
The Opportunity:
The After Sales Service Supervisor within the After Sales Service Department is responsible for receiving and overseeing Herm&egrave;s customer-owned merchandise (COM) across all m&eacute;tiers. In this role, you will provide exceptional after sales service by analyzing products, identifying the repair need and possibilities, and orchestrating all elements related to the after sales process, including the appropriate repair process, lead times, cost associated, tracking, follow up with craft shops and m&eacute;tiers in Paris, vendors, and clients, and closure of final delivery of repairs. This role will serve to consistently provide a high level of service to the client and streamline processes, acting as liaison between client, Craftspeople, vendors, and Paris After Sales.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
About the Role:
<ul><li>Taking in repairs and identifying what repairs need to and can be done to the item within Herm&egrave;s group guidelines
</li><li>Work with clients one-on-one to identify what repairs need to and can be done to the item. Explain the process, timeline, costs, and review of the overall condition of item with the client at drop off
</li><li>Proper and clear completion of COM repair form including contact information, pricing, repair lead time, process and pick up procedures are all properly explained and noted
</li><li>Consistent follow up with clients on status of their repairs, throughout the repair process. Follow up includes email or phone based on client&rsquo;s preference
</li><li>Answer phone and email requests from clients in a timely manner, ensuring the highest level of client service is provided in each interaction
</li><li>Properly log and process repairs with information from COM forms and photographs of products using the existing Excel and After Sales Service systems where applicable
</li><li>Examine product and ensure that repair was properly completed, and that product is clean and presentable for return to client
</li><li>Process repair transactions at POS to collect client payment and liaison with back of house team if the process is not followed
</li><li>Follow up with client post-repair pick up to ensure client satisfaction
</li><li>Adheres to company compliance and security procedures throughout the After Sales process
</li><li>Partner with sales team to direct clients to After Sales area and ensure proper procedures are respected
</li><li>Consistent participation in product training to enhance product knowledge including morning meetings, Paris trainings, and tools within Porte
</li><li>Shipping via FedEx and messenger service to clients and local vendors. Packing COM according to company standards and product requirements. Prepare packing list for items to be sent to the Distribution Service Center or other Boutique locations

<div>The Department of Social and Health Services' Maintenance &amp; Operations Division is hiring for an Equipment Technician Supervisor to supervise the Transportation Department at the Special Commitment Center. This role is responsible for ensuring transportation and logistical services across McNeil Island run safely, reliably and on schedule.
As the Equipment Technician Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations which including coordinating supply deliveries, managing office and furniture moves, and ensuring waste collection is completed across the facility. You will also support long-term planning through budgeting, equipment purchasing and replacement scheduling.
You will supervise a team that are responsible for a wide range of duties, from transporting people to delivering supplies and coordinating essential services, your team plays a critical role in supporting operations across the island. You will plan the work, assign routes and adjust quickly when needs change. You will guide staff, support safe practices and coordinate with maintenance and facility leadership. You will also oversee fleet and equipment management, including repairs, preventative maintenance and coordination across multiple locations. When issues arise, you make decisions that keep operations moving without putting safety at risk.
Please note: SCC employees also receive an additional $10 per day premium pay in addition to advertised salary and a free ORCA card for transportation use. ?Ferry transportation is provided to McNeil Island employees. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for anadditional5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. 
Some of what you'll do<ul><li>
Lead and supervise a team responsible for transportation, deliveries and logistical support across the facility.</li><li>
Plan, assign and adjust daily routes for transporting people, materials, supplies and equipment.</li><li>

Who should apply?
Must have a valid driver's license and knowledge of inspecting commercial vehicles and heavy equipment prior to use. Must be able to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within the first six months of employment.
AND 
At least three years* of experience as a journey-level mechanic repairing light and medium-duty vehicles, power generators, pumps, agricultural equipment or specialized marine equipment AND high school graduation / GED or equivalent.<ul><li>Trade or technical school training in appliance or related repair work may be substituted year-for-year for up to two years of the work experience.</li></ul>
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.

YOUR SCHEDULE
The HVAC Service Supervisor works a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Each day, you'll be dispatched directly from home to job sites, eliminating the need to check in at an office before beginning your day.

Job Overview:The Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery of facilities services at client sites. This position oversees the delivery of soft and technical services ensuring services are completed according to company standards, client expectations, and contractual agreements. The role also involves staff supervision, scheduling, quality assurance, reporting and communication with clients to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:&middot; Supervise daily operations for soft and maintenance services.&middot; Monitor staff attendance, performance, and grooming standards.&middot; Conduct regular site inspections and submit quality and performance reports.&middot; Coordinate schedules to ensure sufficient manpower and proper task allocation.&middot; Serve as the main contact for client communication and service feedback.&middot; Handle on-site issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints.&middot; Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and consumables.&middot; Train staff on safety procedures, service techniques, and company policies.&middot; Report incidents, maintenance needs, and operational gaps to the Operations Manager.&middot; Collaborate with HR for new staff onboarding and disciplinary actions.&middot; Enforce company policies and health &amp; safety standards across sites.Job Requirements:&middot; Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.&middot; A valid iqama and Saudi driving license.&middot; Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in a supervisory role within facility or service operations.&middot; Strong leadership and people management skills.&middot; Good English and Arabic communication.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).&middot; Sound understanding of cleaning standards, basic maintenance, and customer service.&middot; Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.Key Skills:1. General Skills:&middot; Scheduling, reporting, and team coordination.&middot; Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.&middot; Attention to detail.&middot; Focused on continuous client satisfaction.2.
