Job Description :</b></p><p></p><p>
Perform the reconditioning/repair based on the established Standard Operating Procedure/instruction &ndash; requested by Senior Technician / SCTM</p><p>
1.Excellent knowledge of repair process/product/applications</p><p>
2.Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift with focus on waste elimination.</p><p>
3.Clearly describe improvements, deviation and service execution (quality, delivery and costs) with Senior Technician.</p><p>
4. Support team members with immediate problem solving and repair execution. 5.Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues. 6.Run and participate in improvement activities (e.g.PRP, GB projects) to develop key processes and tools within the team.</p><p>
7.Support and participate in problem solving and knowledge sharing with other service organizations in AL.</p><p>
8. coordinate and plan the daily work of the team/shift.</p><p>
9. To perform field service job based on scope advised by Senior Technician / SCTM - Disassembly / Assembly of GPHE/WHE- Reconditioning of frames and tightening bolts - Supervision of reconditioning of GPHE/WHE or refer to the scope of work given by SCTM</p><p>
10.Support SCTM to prepare report for any service job (SC Job &amp; FS Job)</p><p>
11.Be active at Cell Status Board meeting</p><p>
12.Get involved in the work with 5S, safety and quality and immediately call on SCTM when problems or Risk arise.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The position is ideal for someone who has little to no experience and is looking to enter the field of IT. On-the-job training sessions and real-world experience will be provided. Data Center Technicians are evaluated for openings in next-level full-time Service Desk positions at SMS Datacenter.</p><p>All DCT shifts run 12 hours, between 12 AM and 12 PM, or 12 PM to 12 AM.
