As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Director of Logistics &amp; Service Delivery to lead the transformation of our US logistics operations and elevate the customer experience we deliver across our services.

Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.

The Role:

This is a critical leadership role responsible for overhauling and optimizing Revivn's logistics operations while serving as the primary point of contact for service delivery matters. The ideal candidate will bring deep ITAD logistics management experience combined with a customer-centric mindset, capable of driving operational excellence and strong partner relationships.
