<li>Prepare educational material such as presentations and video tutorials when needed.</li>
<li>Conduct evaluations to measure learning outcomes and to identify areas of improvement.</li>
<li>Work closely with the development and technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding to ProgressSoft&rsquo;s products requirements and workflows.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the Industry of Electronic Payment Solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>
IT Graduate, with a minimum 2-3 year of experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent English &amp; Arabic Language skills (spoken and written).</li>
<li>Good team player and committed to timelines.</li>
<li>Comfortable with eLearning Platforms (LMS) and Tools, like; Moodle, Google Classroom.</li>
<li>Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other authoring tools; such as: Articulate 360, Captivate, Canva, etc&hellip;</li>
<li>Strong writing skills with proven experience in a related field.</li>
<li>Adequate knowledge in Software Design and Software Requirements.</li></ul></div>
