Key Requirements
Requirements Gathering &amp; Management<ul><li>

Collaborate directly with the Agile Coach to design, document, and distribute new Agile processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support all ServiceNow delivery teams. Ensure these processes drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the broader program.</li></ul>
Quality Assurance &amp; Mentorship<ul><li>
Backlog Gatekeeper: Review all user stories and requirements for accuracy, completeness, and ambiguity. Ensure every story meets the team's &quot;Definition of Ready&quot; before it is approved for sprint planning.</li><li>
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and junior analysts. Help them understand business context, federal domain constraints, and ServiceNow best practices to foster their professional growth.</li><li>
Peer Review: Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts to maintain high standards of quality control across the delivery team.</li></ul>
Solution Design &amp; Process Mapping<ul><li>
Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and data models to visualize end-to-end service delivery.</li><li>
Advise government stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, steering them away from excessive customization that creates technical debt.</li><li>
Collaborate with System Architects to ensure functional designs are technically feasible.</li></ul>
Federal Compliance &amp; Governance<ul><li>
Ensure all solution designs adhere to federal IT standards, including Section 508 compliance (accessibility) and FISMA/NIST security controls.</li></ul>
Testing, Training, &amp; Adoption<ul><li>
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, creating test scripts and coordinating testing sessions with government personnel.</li><li>
Create federal-grade deliverables, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Guides, and Training Decks.</li></ul> 
Qualifications
Required Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience:</li></ul><ul><li>
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>
Proven experience working in the federal contracting space (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).</li><li>

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with specialization in HRSD to be part of our Colleague Experience team. The ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, and designing and maintaining all HRSD applications (except for Knowledge Management and the Portal).
This role requires a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow HRSD with strong knowledge of standardizations and best practices. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions within ServiceNow HRSD.</li><li>
Leads the design, documentation and show backs of ServiceNow HR Services, Record Producers, SLAs, Lifecycle Events and Journeys.</li><li>
Provides expert guidance and best practices for utilizing ServiceNow HRSD applications and capabilities to drive business process optimization.</li><li>
Leads and performs data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities across platform.</li><li>
Collaborates with HRSD process owners, product owner, developers and other stakeholders to improve existing services and processes.</li><li>
Develops and maintains detailed business requirements documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.</li><li>
Provides training and support to users for new or modified features and functionalities.</li><li>
Stays current with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continually improve service offerings.</li><li>
Develops and manages documentation, including design workbooks and test scenarios.</li><li>
Supports user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintains clear communication with stakeholders.</li></ul><div>
This role may be hybrid (2&ndash;3 days per week in office) at our CVS locations in Richardson, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; Hartford, CT; or Woonsocket, RI. Fully remote will also be considered.</div>

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
