<div>Summary: Working as part of a team, the Shelter Supervisor will be responsible

for the day to day running and supervision of program site. This position handles

the scheduling of staff on shifts for a 24/7 schedule and is responsible for finding

coverage for staff callouts and approved days off. The Shelter Supervisor will

<ul><li>Escalate to Director&rsquo;s attention any observed or suspected abuse and/or neglect of children, disabled individuals, dependent adults and elder/senior citizens.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Professionally communicating and planning with partners, such as laundry and food providers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain inventory of the shelter and communicating supply needs with Program Director.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure the cabin capacity and availability is completed and reported to Program Director</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with training for new hires, volunteers and temporary staff on your delegated work shift or as assigned by Program Director.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review information regarding the site by reading emails, daily notes, and incident reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform basic front desk duties to include, answering phones, filing, Microsoft Office, Data entry, monitor surveillance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>In case of emergency, as a last resort, be available to cover the shift that cannot be filled.</li></ul>

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current CA driver&rsquo;s license, a DMV record, and proof of auto insurance are required. CPR, First Aid, and NARCAN certification preferred.

SAFE Alliance seeks a Community Shelter Advocate for the Residential &amp; Support Services program in the Family &amp; Community Shelter department. The Advocate provides crisis intervention, safety planning, and emotional support for clients, individually and/or through group formats. They assist clients in accessing services including, but not limited, as shelter, legal advocacy, counseling, education, and housing support.

The number of forensic exams provided at Eloise House numbered over 300. Our various housing and shelter programs provided over 700 survivors per day with safe housing and shelter. Over 120 survivors fleeing sex trafficking received services through our CARES program and over 27,000 callers/chats/texts, walk-in advocacy, crisis intervention and face-to-face emotional support has been provided through our 24/7 confidential SAFEline.

Position Details:

We are looking for one person to work on a full-time, non-exempt basis for an annual salary of $47,684 to $52,900 dependent upon experience and an additional annual language differential of $3,600 for those who are English/Spanish bilingual. The work location will be based at our new Community Shelter Campus in the Pecan Springs-Springdale area. This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses with no ability for remote/hybrid work.

 This is very responsible technical work assisting with all aspects of the caring and placement of animals taken to the Maury County Animal Shelter. Activities associated with the job include assisting with the intake of stray and/or abandoned animals, coordinating all aspects of animal health care, monitoring the health of animals on a daily basis and conferring with the veterinarian about any animals requiring medical treatment and assisting with surgery and procedures. Additional responsibilities include conducting basic medical examinations of animals entering the shelter to determine health care needs and performing a variety of treatments/procedures on animals including vaccines/medications, de-worming, bathing, grooming, flea and tick removal, FeLV/FIV and Heartworm testing, skin scrapes and lab work. The incumbent also schedules veterinarian appointments, transports animals, completes animal health care records and ensures that adequate medical supplies are maintained for the shelter.
