As a customer-focused technical product expert, the clerks will complete 200 or more shipments per day by processing and loading orders. The Pipeline Operator performs terminal and station operations both in and outside responsibilities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Plans vessel arrival, directs position of the vessel along the dock, places gangway equipment from the vessel to shore, and attaches loading arms to vessel.</li><li>
Leads pre-transfer meeting with vessel Captain and Officers to review Declaration of Inspection, Terminal Rules and Regulations, and other related information and documentation.</li><li>
Plans and executes vessel discharge and crude oil delivery to appropriate pipelines or tankage.</li><li>
Monitors operational data during crude oil movements and takes appropriate actions when necessary.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping)</li><li>
Receiving, unloading, and processing warehouse stock products</li><li>
Performing regular inventory checks and keeping quality standards high for audits</li><li>
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and optimizing space utilization</li><li>
Logging inventory data and reporting any discrepancies</li><li>
Operating warehouse machinery and vehicles such as forklifts safely</li><li>
Following quality service standards and complying with warehouse procedures and safety regulations</li><li>
Collaborating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements and Skills</b></p><ul><li>
Proven working experience as a warehouse worker</li><li>
Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and systems</li><li>
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and safety standards</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Ability to lift and move heavy objects</li><li>
Current forklift license required</li><li>
Saudi national residing in or close to Dammam</li></ul><p>
