As part of our day-to-day operations, it is essential to oversee and manage the following aspects to ensure smooth and efficient order processing and distribution center activities:<ul><li>
Effective coordination with our third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing provider to ensuring the availability of resources and maintaining sufficient space and operational capacity to fulfill customer orders.</li><li>

Communication Channels: Establish clear and efficient communication channels with the 3PL provider, and maintain regular contact to discuss inventory status, order fulfillment requirements, and any changes or updates that may impact operations.</li><li>
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of the 3PL provider to ensure that they meet agreed-upon service levels, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory accuracy to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met.</li><li>

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to minimize errors, damages, and discrepancies. Conduct regular inspections of products, packaging, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to order processing and distribution.</li><li>
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary shipping and regulatory documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Collaborate with the Compliance team to stay up to date with applicable regulations and implement necessary procedures.</li><li>

 Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure the effective implementation of Contractor&rsquo;s Project Quality Management System and procedures at the Fabrication Yard to ensure that all project activities are compliant with project specifications, including:
 </li>

 Implement the Construction Surveillance Program to confirm that all fabrication &amp; Installation activities are compliant with project specifications, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing and approving EPC Contractors and Subcontractors Inspection &amp; Test Plans, quality control procedures and testing procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing quality control over welding processes including monitoring of welding procedure qualifications, qualification of welders, control of welding consumables, surveillance of welding &amp; NDE activity, monitoring welding KPIs and identifying corrective action to remedy poor performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending regular meetings with Contractor and subcontractors to monitor progress and review and resolve quality issues arising
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing inspection resources using Company approved Site Inspection Services (SIS) agencies to conduct surveillance inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting Flawless Quality training programs and Welding training programs in conjunction with Contractor to eliminate common defects
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting regular site walk-throughs with fabrication yard management team to highlight quality and safety issues and identify areas for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that inspection records are maintained in a database that is aligned with completions management system to ensure a smooth handover to commissioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Deficiency &amp; NCR Management processes to ensure that deficiencies and non-conformances relating to fabrication are identified, recorded, investigated and resolved to maintain compliance with project requirements

 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in sciences or engineering
 
 
 
 Knowledge And/or Experience
 
 
 
 Additional quality, welding and NDE inspection related qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 12 years&rsquo; experience in offshore Oil &amp; Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight
 </li>
 <li>
 of service/vendor personnel. Experience shall be relevant to installation of offshore structures and pipelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Oil &amp; Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in working in large-scale operating Organizations in Operations and projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Industry standards
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical And Business Skills

 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills

 Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality Management Systems adapted to Oil &amp; Gas industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors confidently
