<li>Aligns labor, equipment, and resources daily to hit daily/weekly/monthly scheduled commitments.</li>
<li>Coordinates with the Planner to identify constraints, bottlenecks, or required adjustments.</li>
<li>Helps resolve interdepartmental issues affecting flow&mdash;programming, quality, materials, tooling, etc.</li>
<li>Identifies and implements Continuous Improvement opportunities related to productivity, scrap reduction, and process stability.</li>
</ul><div>4. Training, Development &amp; Performance Guidance</div>

<p><b>Job Description:</b><br/>We are looking for an experienced and responsible <b>Caf&eacute; Supervisor</b> to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our caf&eacute;. The ideal candidate will lead the team, maintain service standards, and support smooth operations during busy hours.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Supervise daily caf&eacute; operations and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Lead and support baristas and service staff during shifts.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.</li><li>Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.</li><li>Assist in inventory control and coordinate with the storekeeper for stock needs.</li><li>Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.</li><li>Train new staff and support team development.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a <b>Supervisor or Team Leader</b> in a caf&eacute;, restaurant, or F&amp;B industry.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of caf&eacute; operations and service standards.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
